The new ApartmentSearch.com includes the following site enhancements:
- User-friendly Design—The site has been redesigned for an improved layout and navigation.
- Commute Time Calculator—Users can check their commute time to work whether by car, public transportation, bicycle or on foot.
- Self-guided Property Tours—Users can pick the properties they want to visit and receive an optimized route to check out all of the locations on their list with just the click of a button.
- Integrated Neighborhood Information—Users can get to know a potential neighborhood before visiting and determine the best fit for their lifestyle needs. Neighborhood information available on the site includes nearby schools, restaurants, grocery stores, parks and walkability.
The site’s goal is to bring together renters and property managers. Property managers only pay a fee when a lease is signed and renters receive a $200 award for signing a lease.
