Located on one of the last remaining waterfront sites in Manhattan, between W. 59th W. 61st streets along the Hudson River, Waterline Square will welcome its first tenants in late 2018. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will be handling the sales and marketing for the project.

“Norma-Jean is a foremost sales expert, with unparalleled industry relationships, and an incredible track record in new development,” Kelly Kennedy Mack, president of Corcoran Sunshine, said in a statement. “Her understanding of luxury buyers and exceptional design is perfectly suited to Waterline Square, where the entire sales team is already converting a long waitlist into signed contracts.”
