Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group has promoted Norma-Jean Callahan to senior sales director for Waterline Square, a 2.2 million-square-foot condominium project in New York. Callahan brings more than 11 years of experience at the company, with approximately $3 billion in sales for the residential developments she represented.
Luxury experience
Prior to joining Waterline Square, Callahan was a sales director at 220 Central Park South, where she reached a record of $1.1 billion in sales. Previously, she worked at Baccarat Hotel & Residences New York, 515E72 and Chelsea Modern.
Callahan will lead sales efforts for Waterline Square, a three-tower condominium with a project sellout of approximately $1.2 billion. Richard Meier & Partners Architects, Viñoly Architects and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates are designing the mega-development. Located on one of the last remaining waterfront sites in Manhattan, between W. 59th W. 61st streets along the Hudson River, Waterline Square will welcome its first tenants in late 2018. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will be handling the sales and marketing for the project.
“Norma-Jean is a foremost sales expert, with unparalleled industry relationships, and an incredible track record in new development,” Kelly Kennedy Mack, president of Corcoran Sunshine, said in a statement. “Her understanding of luxury buyers and exceptional design is perfectly suited to Waterline Square, where the entire sales team is already converting a long waitlist into signed contracts.”
