Cooper Square Realty Promotes Robert Klehammer to Vice President

New York–Cooper Square Realty, a New York-based residential property management company, has promoted Robert Klehammer vice president.

Klehammer joined Cooper Square Realty in March 2010 as an executive managing director with a mandate to focus on expanding the company’s footprint in rental property management, particularly focusing on properties owned by financial institutions.

Klehammer, a 30-year industry veteran, holds a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and a B.S. from Syracuse’s Newhouse School of Public Communication. He previously spent nearly 15 years working for New York City government agencies, as assistant commissioner at the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, and as an attorney and legislative representative at the New York City Housing Authority.
