Claret Communities developed the 248-unit property in Braselton, financing the construction with $36.3 million in HUD funds.
Shortly after completing a Florida adaptive reuse development, McShane Construction Co. has wrapped up construction on Noble Vines at Braselton, a 248-unit community in Braselton, Ga., catering to middle-income households. Developer Claret Communities broke ground on the project in December 2018, financing the construction with $36.3 million in HUD 221(d)(4) funds from CBRE. Studio for Housing Design served as project architect.
The community consists of 10 three-story apartment buildings developed on nearly 18 acres at 1500 Noble Vines Drive. The unit mix features one- to three-bedroom apartments ranging from 821 to 1,414 square feet. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse with resident lounge and fitness center. The property meets the National Green Building Standard Bronze Level standards for sustainability.
Located 1.5 miles north of Interstate 85, the property is roughly 10 miles west of the city center near Legends Golf Course. The community is within walking distance of a dense retail area which includes Clearwater Crossing Shopping Mall and Friendship Springs Village.
