New York— Related Companies’ newest development, Carnegie Park in Manhattan, has reached 100 condominium sales in the first three months of 2015, causing Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group to designate it as having the highest number of sales for the First Quarter of 2015.

“In its first three months on the market, Carnegie Park has sold more residences than any other new development in Manhattan with 100 sales,” Ryan Schleis, Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group’s vice president of research and analytics, said. “This is a testament to its unique combination of prime location, beautiful interiors, extensive amenities and unmatched price points for which there is very strong demand.”

By averaging a little more than a deal a day since it opened sales in early January, the 31-story Carnegie Park is quickly becoming the talk of the town.

“Carnegie Park offers sophisticated living at accessible price points without sacrificing the full suite of services and amenities that appeal to today’s buyers,” Benjamin Joseph, Related Companies’ senior vice president, said. “The demand that we’ve seen so far has reinforced the fact that buyers are drawn to value-driven properties that do not compromise on quality.”

Located at 200 East 94th St., in the coveted Carnegie Hill neighborhood of the Upper East Side, Carnegie Park contains 325 homes that range in size from studios to four-bedrooms. The building features a new lobby and suite of amenities reimagined by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.

The first floor features a spacious entertainment lounge, a vibrant sun-filled children’s playroom, and a custom designed three-lane swimming pool that overlooks the half-acre private landscaped park lined with lush trees and an outdoor playground. Meanwhile, the lower level features a state-of-the-art fitness and yoga center.

Carnegie Park also features a landscaped roof terrace outfitted with a barbeque grill, ample seating, and panoramic views of Central Park, the East River and the iconic Midtown skyline. Additional amenities and services include a 24-hour attended lobby and concierge.

“Carnegie Park is an unprecedented offering on the Upper East Side and we have seen an incredible response from buyers so far,” Sherry Tobak, senior vice president of Related Sales, said. “Despite the annual real estate market slowdown each winter, condo sales at Carnegie Park have only gained momentum since we launched in January.”

The building is nearby a number of cafes and Michelin-starred restaurants, plus some of Manhattan’s best schools. Carnegie Park is also within walking distance of many parks and activities including Central Park, Carl Schurz Park, Asphalt Green and the East River Esplanade.
