Cogswell Lee Development’s 150 Rivington has topped out. The Lower Manhattan boutique luxury residence stands seven stories tall on Streit’s former matzo factory.

The upscale project broke ground in 2014, with Gluck+ handling the construction and design services. The project is slated for completion later this year and will bring to the market 45 penthouses and one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 1,054 square feet. Amenities will include:

  • 24-hour attended lobby
  • Smart home technology
  • A 1,570-square-foot landscaped rooftop terrace
  • Outdoor kitchen
  • Fitness center
  • Bike storage

The upcoming development is located at 150 Rivington St., in proximity of live music venues, bars, eateries, art galleries, as well as the Delancey-Essex Street subway station.

Stribling Marketing Associates started the presale process in November 2016 and has since managed to sell 40 percent of the units. Prices start at $1 million for one-bedroom condos and $1.7 million and $2.7 million for two- and three-bedroom units, respectively. The building includes four penthouses with private outdoor terraces overlooking the city.
