Rosemont, Ill.—A joint venture officially announced the grand opening of a highly anticipated community in a prominent Windy City suburb.
Ill., and is accessed via Parkway North Boulevard by both Deerfield Road and Saunders Road. The multifamily property is situated just minutes from downtown Deerfield, the Metra Station and a variety of retail, restaurants and businesses. Leasing opportunities began in May with more than 100 leases signed within the first 100 days.
The four-story community offers an array of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Each residence features upscale finishes and appliances including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, in-unit washers and dryers, numerous private balcony and patio spaces, and high-end windows for quiet living.

McShane Construction Company served as general contractor while HPA Architecture provided comprehensive architectural services for the luxury development.
