CNL Growth Properties Developing Class A Multifamily Community Near Nashville

Franklin, Tenn.—CNL Growth Properties, a real estate investment trust, has partnered with Crescent Communities LLC on the $40.3 million development of Crescent Cool Springs, a Class A, garden-style apartment community in Franklin, Tenn., which sits about 15 miles south of Nashville.

“The appeal of Crescent Cool Springs is two-fold—its location in the Cool Springs area of Franklin puts residents within easy access to the employers at the area’s more than 15 million square feet of office space, and the amenities within the 13-acre property ensure that you have everything you need for an enriched personal life when you get home,” Ben Collins, vice president of Crescent Communities, tells MHN. “Plus, the property will feature connectivity to work and play with direct access to the pedestrian-friendly sidewalks to the commercial sector and paths that tie in to the Franklin Trail System for hiking and biking.”

This is the third joint venture between CNL Growth Properties and Charlotte, N.C.-based Crescent.

According to Collins, Crescent Cool Springs offers a terrific location and upscale amenities that will allow its residents to spend less time commuting to work and more time enjoying themselves and engaging with their new community.

Each living space will be designed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and residents will have access to a selection of tuck-under garages. Residents will also have access to modern luxuries such as wine lockers, a toasting table, catering kitchen and lounge with media equipment. Outdoor social spaces include a saltwater pool, poolside and remote grilling stations and fire pits. There’s also a state-of-the-art athletic club with cardio and Crossfit equipment.

Crescent Cool Spring is located at the intersection of Carothers Parkway and Resource Parkway in the heart of Cool Springs, putting it in close proximity to the region’s leading employers.

“The property ties in to sidewalks and walking trails, so many residents will have the urban advantage of being able to walk to work while everyone who lives there can easily access the Franklin Trail system directly from the property,” Collins says. “Plus, the major retailers in the area ensure that residents are close to all their shopping needs.”
