A joint venture between CMC Group and Morabito Properties has topped off Onda Residences, a 41-unit boutique luxury condominium project on Bay Harbor Islands in Miami. The partners acquired the site for $20.5 million in 2017, where a multifamily community previously stood, as reported by South Florida Business Journal. Completion is expected for later this year and 85 percent of apartments have already sold.

Coastal Construction serves as general contractor for the development. The project was designed by Arquitectionica, with interior designs provided by A++ Human Sustainable Architecture and landscaping handled by Enea Garden Design.

The eight-story property will consist of two-, three- and four-bedroom floorplans ranging from 1,809 to 3,535 square feet, as well as four penthouse units which will measure up to 5,073 square feet. Residences are slated to feature private and semi-private elevators, tiled terraces with private gardens, nine-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. Community amenities will include a rooftop swimming pool, spa, fitness center and yoga studio, as well as EV charging stations, bicycle storage and residential storage space.

Located at 1135 103rd St. on Bay Harbor Islands, the site boasts 300 linear square feet of bay frontage and direct ocean access via Miami’s Haulover Inlet. The project includes a private marina with 15 boat slips as well as a water sports launch dock. Situated close to 96th Street, the building will be some 25 miles from downtown Miami.
