Civitas Senior Living Breaks Ground on Florida Community
The development is slated to be completed in time for a February 2021 opening.
The Azure of Palm Coast, a new senior living community from Civitas Senior Living and Experience Senior Living Development, has broken ground at 144 Cypress Point Parkway in Palm Coast, Fla.
The three-story, 97,625-square-foot community will offer 81 studio, one- and two-bedroom assisted living apartments and another 31 memory care suites. A Sky Bar with balcony tops the list of common area amenities at The Azure of Palm Coast. The development is slated to be completed in time for a February 2021 opening.
Supportive programming at the community will include Civitas Senior Living’s signature Passion Program, which will help keep residents active and living purposeful lives. It will provide residents with social engagements, enjoyable activities and customized experiences featuring attentive caregivers, wellness initiatives and nutritional food choices.
The Passion Program is offered by Civitas at the 41 senior living communities it manages across the nation.
Area surroundings
Situated near the intersection of Interstate 95 and Palm Coast Highway in Palm Coast, The Azure of Palm Coast is conveniently located near a number of recreational amenities, among them Pine Lakes Golf Club and Palm Harbor Golf Club, Washington Oaks Gardens State Park, Faver-Dykes State Park and Pellicer Creek Corridor Conservation Area.
The development’s architect is Davis Wince Architects Ltd., while the contractor is Manhattan Construction and the designer Senior By Design. The Azure at Palm Coast is the latest Civitas and Experience Senior Living Development collaboration. Others have included The Springs of Parc Hill in Orange City and the Waters of Cape Coral. The two partners recently broke ground on The Gallery at North Port in North Port, Fla.
