Los Angeles—CIM Group, a real estate and infrastructure investment firm, announced that it has acquired a recently renovated 168 high-rise community in the Koreatown neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The community, called The View, was originally built in 1965. The renovations to the building include a seismic retrofit and new sprinklers and elevators. The units range in size from studios to two-bedroom apartments and include full-size washers and dryers, stainless steels appliances and dual-glazed windows. New features include CeasarStone countertops, Grohe fixtures, soft-close cabinetry and hardwood floors in the living areas.

Amenities for The View include an outdoor swimming pool and lounge area, garden, game room and fitness center.

The area also promises to be a draw to potential renters. Koreatown, which attracts young professionals, has shops, dining and entertainment options. Additionally, The View is located near the Wilshire/Normandy subway station, which provides access to downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood.

The community is located near CIM’s headquarters in Hollywood.
