The Alexandria at Hillsborough Condominium Association has selected mem property management as the residential property’s new management company. Located in Hillsborough, N.J., the condominium community consists of 19 two-story buildings totaling 300 units across 32 acres of land.

Located at 524 Andria Ave., Alexandria at Hillsborough sits within half a mile of U.S. Highway 206, approximately 50 miles both from Manhattan and downtown Philadelphia. A big-box retail center is situated within one mile of the property, offering residents shopping options including Lowe’s, Kohl’s, Staples and Wawa, as well as a number of restaurants including Applebee’s and Saladworks. The property was built in the 1970s and sits between other condominium and apartment communities, including CJ Management’s 260-unit Hillsborough Gardens. Community amenities include tennis courts, swimming pools, parking spaces and a playground area. The property offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom condominiums.

“Alexandria at Hillsborough residents appreciate the diversity, convenient shopping and easy commute that combine to make this community a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family,” said Matthew Laderman, vice president of mem property management, in a prepared statement.

In November, mem was also tapped to manage Madison Crossing at Birch Hill, a 55+ active adult community in Old Bridge, N.J.
