The condominium association of Society Hill at Hamilton II has selected mem property management as the community’s new management company. The garden-style property features 432 two-bedroom condos across 18 three-story buildings in Hamilton Township, N.J.
Located at 114 Chambord Court, the community sits within three miles of both interstates 195 and 295, offering convenient access into Trenton and to Philadelphia, approximately 40 miles to the southwest. Built in 1989, Society Hill at Hamilton II is situated near Hamilton’s Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and the 430-acre Veterans Park. Hamilton Plaza, offering a range of retail options, sits one mile to the south. Community amenities include a clubhouse, an outdoor swimming pool, two tennis courts and recreation areas for children.
“Over the past couple of years, we have added offices in Somerset, N.J., and Galloway, N.J., to better serve our clients,” said Matthew Laderman, vice president of mem property management, in a prepared statement. Earlier this month, another Central Jersey condo community signed mem to handle management.
