CBRE Arranges TX Student Housing Sale

The company’s Jaclyn Fitts, William William Vonderfecht and Casey Schaefer brokered the sale of the 1,005-bed community on behalf of Dovetail Development.

CBRE has secured the sale of Wildwood of Lubbock, a 294-unit student housing community in Lubbock, Texas. A private real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate acquired the 1,005-bed property from Dovetail Development. CBRE’s Student Housing Director Jaclyn Fitts, William William Vonderfecht and Casey Schaefer worked on behalf of Dovetail Development.

Located at 1701 N. Quaker Ave., on approximately 25 acres, the community offers convenient access to Texas Tech University, situated 3.6 miles away. The 25-building property totals 417,000 square feet and features a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom units ranging from 1,230 to 1,783 square feet.
