Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.—Adam Adache, managing director of Cavache Properties LLC, announced 30 Thirty North Ocean, a new urban beach lifestyle condominium project located in upscale Lauderdale Beach neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale.

Featuring 24 residences and six different three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom floorplans starting at $1.15 million, the apartments will range in size from 2,482 to 3,147 square feet and include open floor plans; his and her walk-in closets in the master bedroom; sub-zero refrigerators, Wolf transitional gas cooktops, single ovens, microwaves, panel-ready dishwashers, European-style cabinetry, quartz countertops with under-mount stainless steel sinks, contemporary plumbing fixtures and wine coolers in the kitchen and private elevators to each unit.

Lower-level units are highlighted by terraces for outdoor living and upper-level units offer ocean views. The development’s amenities include a heated resort-style swimming pool; whirlpool spa; sauna; clubhouse with a fitness center, owners’ kitchen and bar; a gazebo barbeque area and sundeck; secured common areas featuring gardens; Wi-Fi; secure building access and a private neighborhood security patrol.

Ocean Blvd., the development will be located on the last parcel of its size and is among a neighborhood of $2.5 million-plus homes. The community is designed by Adache Group Architects. Construction on the project is slated to begin in summer 2017, with an estimated completion of summer 2018.
