Castle Lanterra Hires Chief of Staff

Mischa Edwards, chief of staff, Castle Lanterra Properties

Mischa Edwards has joined Castle Lanterra Properties as chief of staff & head of client services. In addition to overseeing the client reporting and support process, Edwards will also provide leverage to the Capital Markets team and coordinate the staff supporting the executive management.  She will be based in the company’s office in Suffern, N.Y., and will report directly to CEO Elie Rieder.

Edwards brings nearly 10 years of management experience as director of client services, having previously worked for asset management, private equity and life insurance brokerage firms. Her previous appointment was with Winged Keel group, and, prior to that, she was chief of staff & head of business development with Golub Capital.

Edwards has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and was a PhD candidate at the City University of New York’s Graduate Center. She will be joining CLP’s management team, the majority of which has been together for more than eight years, as well as the larger professional team working on acquiring and managing multifamily properties across the country.
