New York—This week the Related Cos. and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group hosted Carnegie Park’s Fall Fête, a bash thrown for the Carnegie Park condo development’s top-selling brokers to celebrate its brisk sales pace (and indirectly, the heated market for condos in Manhattan). Related Chairman Stephen M. Ross was on hand to announce the latest stages of development for the residential tower, which was the top-selling building in Manhattan for the first half of 2015 and nearing its 200th sale fewer than nine months after kicking off sales.

Located at 200 East 94th Street, Carnegie Park is one of the few full-service high-rise condos in Carnegie Hill, a residential enclave on the Upper East Side. The event was held in Carnegie Park’s Robert A.M. Stern-designed amenity spaces, which includes an entertainment lounge, children’s playroom, custom three-lane indoor swimming pool and private outdoor patio.

The tower also offers a landscaped roof terrace outfitted with a barbeque grill, seating and panoramic views. Additional amenities and services include a 24-hour concierge and doorman, as well as an onsite garage. Carnegie Park offers 287 units ranging in size from one- to five-bedrooms, with prices from $955,000 to $5 million. Pricing for penthouses range from $4.8 million to $7.15 million.
