Cardinal Ventures Completes South Carolina Senior Community

Cardinal Ventures has delivered The Blake at Hollingsworth Park, an 86,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care facility in Greenville, S.C. Construction of the 101-unit senior community was led by Frampton Construction Company LLC.
The property is situated at 360 Woodruff Road, in the Hollingsworth Park area of Verdae, a master-planned community. The site is located between interstates 385 and 85, while Greenville Downtown Airport and Legacy Park are less than a mile away.
The Blake offers 68 assisted living and 33 memory care units. Community amenities include a movie theater, physical therapy clinic, salon and activity room. The property also provides two interior courtyards, covered porches and high-end finishes. Young, Wier + Boerner Architecture PLLC was the architect, while Hoyt + Berenyi acted as civil engineer.
Earlier this year, Inspirit Senior Living purchased a senior community in downtown Greenville a few miles northeast of The Blake. The Parker was part of a four-property senior housing portfolio comprising three separate communities in Florida.
