Capstone Expands TX Footprint

The 10th-largest affordable housing management company added more than 800 apartment units to its portfolio, extending its reach to nearly 80 cities.

Capstone Real Estate Services Inc.—the 10th-largest affordable housing management company in the U.S.—recently took over the management of the following four Texas apartment communities:
- Residences at Gateway Village, a 180-unit, luxury apartment building situated in the master-planned community of Gateway Village in Denison, Texas. U.S. Route 75, FM 691, Texoma Medical Center, Grayson College and Lake Texoma are all easily accesible from the property.
- Blanco Crossing, a 324-unit townhome community located in North Central San Antonio. Providing convenient access to both Loop 1604 and Interstate 410, the property is also near Churchill High School and within walking distance of Hardberger Park.
- Villas Esperanza, a 188-unit, LIHTC/Section 8 apartment community located in Albuquerque, N.M. The building provides quick access to Interstate 25, as well as shopping and dining opportunities.
- Oaks at Mustang, a 126-unit, LIHTC apartment community in Alvin, Texas. Located between Houston and Galveston, the property provides quick access to highways 35 and 6. It is also within walking distance of Alvin Community College, Briscoe Park and the Hillcrest Golf Club.
In September 2017, Capstone Real Estate Services expanded its property management portfolio with four Texas communities.
