CAPREIT Names New Mid-Atlantic VPs

Dawn Coggins and Danielle Cooney

CAPREIT has promoted two of its associates, Dawn Coggins and Danielle Cooney. Coggins was named senior vice president of property management, while Cooney will serve as vice president of operations.

In her new position, Coggins will oversee CAPREIT’s entire portfolio. She will focus on providing strategic leadership and guidance for property operations, financial planning, product marketing and staff selection. Coggins, who joined the company more than 20 years ago, previously acted as the firm’s vice president of the Mid-Atlantic region.

As vice president of operations, Cooney will focus on designing and improving delivery strategies. She will also be responsible for asset-performance maximization. Cooney joined the company in 2015 and most recently served as assistant vice president, responsible for site operations and portfolio management.
