Candlebrook Properties has appointed Campus Life & Style to manage five student housing communities, totaling 3,436 beds. The portfolio includes The Wyatt in Lexington, Ky.; The Blake in Kennesaw, Ga.; The Dillon in Bloomington, Ind.; The James in Richmond, Va.; and The Tyler in Indianapolis.
Built in 2013, The Wyatt is a 699-bed property located at 497 Angliana Ave., within 1 mile of University of Kentucky. The Blake was completed in 2013 and comprises 736 beds. Located at 3453 Busbee Drive NW, the asset is adjacent to Kennesaw State University. Built in 2012, The James comprises 691 beds and is located at 601 W. Bacon St., within 1 mile of Virginia Commonwealth University.
The Dillon, completed in 2014, encompasses 635 beds. Located at 525 S. Patterson Drive, the asset is within 2 miles of Indiana University in Bloomington. The Tyler came online in 2012 and includes 675 beds. Situated at 1201 Indiana Ave., the community is within walking distance of Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis.
