Campus Realty Advisors has appointed Campus Life & Style to manage three student housing communities in the South: Catalyst in Atlanta; The Overlook in Nacogdoches, Texas; and The Edge in Pensacola, Fla.
Catalyst is a 532-bed development scheduled for completion in 2021. Planned common-area amenities include a fitness center, STEM lab, swimming pool, multiple study rooms and package delivery lockers. Located at 1011 Northside Drive NW, the site is within walking distance of Georgia Tech University. Downtown Atlanta is within 3 miles of Catalyst.
Built in phases between 2007 and 2012, The Overlook comprises 682 beds. Common-area amenities include a clubhouse, a fitness center and two swimming pools. The community, located at 1602 Cardinal St., is within walking distance of Stephen F. Austin State University.
The Edge is a 344-bed property completed in 2014. The University of West Florida is within walking distance of The Edge, which is situated at 10300 University Parkway. The asset is also 1 mile from Water’s Edge, a 184-unit multifamily community that traded in May for $25.8 million.
