Campus Advantage to Manage Washington Student Housing Project
The 513-bed development is within walking distance of Western Washington University in Bellingham.
Spectrum Development Solutions has selected Campus Advantage to manage Stateside, a 513-bed student housing project in Bellingham, Wash. The property is scheduled for completion in 2021.
The community will feature studio, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Planned amenities include a social lounge, fitness room and bike parking. The asset will also include 1,100 square feet of retail space.
Campus Advantage provided more than two years of consulting services to the development team and assisted with the design of the amenities. Catalyst, a Campus Advantage partner, worked on brand creation and will provide ongoing services, such as website hosting, search engine optimization and search engine management.
Located at 903-929 N. State St., the development is within walking distance of Western Washington University and 5 miles from Bellingham International Airport.
In August, Campus Advantage started handling leasing and day-to-day operations at a student housing project in Orlando, Fla. The 456-bed community is scheduled for completion in 2021.
