Campus Advantage has been selected by Orlando-based Nvision Development to lead the lease-up and management of Vale East, a 456-bed student housing community in Orlando, Fla. Upon completion in the Fall 2021 school year, the 176-unit property will mark the first project designed to serve the Valencia College community.

Located half a mile south of Valencia College’s East campus, the community will consist of three four-story buildings with one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units. Upon completion, Vale East is set to include amenities such as a clubhouse space with study areas, private conference rooms, coffee bar, indoor/outdoor community room and an outdoor Zen garden. Additionally, the property will include a recreation-focused clubhouse, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, yoga studio, golf-simulator, bowling alley, game room, mini-market, corn hole turf, outdoor entertainment screen and an outdoor kitchen with grills.

Campus Advantage’s partner Catalyst, an agency specializing in integrated marketing for student and multifamily housing, will assist in the branding efforts including the name, logo, website development, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and social media marketing.

This past April, Campus Advantage was tapped to take over management for The Blue, a 512-bed student housing community in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
