Broadstone Lincoln Earns LEED Platinum Certification

Boston—Millennium Partners has unveiled plans for Millennium Tower Boston at 40 Franklin St., across from the site of the former Filene’s Department Store and the Burnham Building. All together, the tower will include 442 for-sale residential units.

Designed by Blake Middleton of Handel Architects, the property will include a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units—which are being called City Residences, Grand Residences and Penthouses—that range in size from about 760 square feet to 12,840 square feet. Residences are expected to range in price from $850,000 to $37.5 million.

Amenities at Millennium Tower Boston will include a 24-hour concierge and valet services. There will also be a two-level private health club for residents with an indoor lap pool, as well as a dedicated Club Concierge, a serviced lounge, and a function room. Millennium’s lifestyle program, La Vie, will offer specially curated “Boston experiences” in fitness, food, travel, art and culture, according to the developer.

The Club at Millennium Tower Boston will also be home to Mina at the Tower, the only restaurant by chef Michael Mina in New England. It will be only for residents and their guests.

The developer opened the property’s sale center late last week. Among other things, it includes a 3-D model of the neighborhood (including the tower) made from resin forms that can be changed as the area continues to evolve. The center also features a work from the Millennium Partners Art Collection, a fireplace with seating and a Poggenpohl kitchen, along the lines of those featured in the units.
