Boutique Condo Development Coming to Pompano Beach
Designed by IDEA Architecture + Engineering, Arya Oceanside Residences will boast ocean and Intracoastal views from floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors.

Aspire Real Estate Development has revealed its plans to develop Arya Oceanside Residences, a seven-story boutique condominium in Pompano Beach, Fla. Groundbreaking is scheduled for March next year and completion is anticipated in the spring of 2020.
Located at 336 Sunset Drive, Arya will include 19 two-bedroom residences. Each unit will range from 1,450 to 1,657 square feet and will feature a den. The condominiums will boast nine-foot ceilings, ocean and Intracoastal views from floor-to-ceiling windows, sliding glass doors, contemporary kitchens and bath cabinets with quartz countertops. Additionally, residences will feature stainless steel appliances, smart home package management and laundry rooms with washers and dryers, while end units will feature wrap-around balconies with glass railings.
Prominent location
IDEA Architecture + Engineering will oversee the overall design of the development, while Interiors by Steven G. designs the common areas. Community amenities will include a rooftop garden with outdoor kitchen, relaxation room, fitness center, outdoor pool, private storage units, bike racks and Wi-Fi in common areas. In addition, there will be 24-hour security as well as assigned parking in a secured garage with spots pre-wired for electrical charging stations.
“We have procured a great location and are introducing a very competitive price point for this area,” said Sean Lin, principal at Aspire Real Estate, in a prepared statement. “We hope to help establish a new energy here. Pompano Beach will mirror what happened in Sunny Isles and Fort Lauderdale, cities that are walkable, beach oriented and conveniently located.”
Pompano Beach is centrally located in Broward County and provides access to Interstate 95, Florida’s Turnpike, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and Executive Airport. Arya will be within walking distance to the beach and just a five-minute walk to the water taxi. Pricing will start at $650,000 and the sales center will open in December, with The Keyes Co. acting as exclusive sales agent.
