BoaVida Group Buys West Nevada MHC for $13M

The buyer used a $7.5 million loan to finance the acquisition.

Ideal MHP LLC, an entity linked to BoaVida Group, has purchased a 197-unit manufactured housing community in Fallon, Nev., for $13.1 million, according to Churchill County records. The same source shows that the acquisition was financed through a loan in the amount of $7.5 million from Columbia State Bank. A California-based private investor sold Ideal Mobile Home Community, with HARRI5 brokering the deal.

Located at 750 E. Stillwater Ave., the property is a pet-friendly, all-age mobile home community situated on a 32-acre lot, close to Lincoln Highway and Banner Churchill Community Hospital, 6 miles from Naval Aviation Warfare Development Center and within 15 miles of Carson Lake. Common-area amenities include a swimming pool with jacuzzi, a clubhouse, a conference area, storage space and laundry facilities.

Retail spaces such as Walmart, Valley Plaza and Stillwater Plaza are nearby. Some of the area’s attractions include the Stillwater National Wildlife Refuge, which is 16.4 miles away from the property, as well as Lahontan Reservoir and Sand Mountain.

Earlier this month, HARRI5 also facilitated the sale of Las Quintas Oasis, a 460-unit mobile home community in Yuma, Ariz. Cobblestone Properties acquired the property for $25 million.
