Fort Lee, N.J.—BNE Real Estate Group has finished development on Twenty50, a luxury rental building in Fort Lee, N.J., which overlooks the George Washington Bridge, Hudson River and New York City skyline.

“Twenty50 will be the first to deliver Manhattan-style luxury living to the Fort Lee area,” Kristina Hedden, vice president of marketing at BNE Real Estate Group, tells MHN. “Offering the perfect balance of amenity-rich living with urban convenience, this new construction community will showcase one- and two-bedroom residences with spacious layouts, condo-style finishes, and jaw dropping views of the bridge and NYC skyline—all with an ultra-convenient location just minutes from Manhattan.”

Located at 2050 Central Road, Twenty50 is situated directly across the street from Fort Lee Historic Park, the New Jersey section of the Palisades Interstate Park. The building is also a short walk from Fort Lee’s quaint colonial town center, and is just minutes from an eclectic offering of dining, shopping and recreational options that line the Hudson River waterfront.

Residences feature 714 to 1,287 square feet of living space and offer hardwood flooring throughout, 9-foot ceilings with oversized windows, in-home washer/dryers, and private outdoor space in almost every home. There’s also chef-inspired kitchens with stone counters, custom maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, gas ranges, tiled backsplash, breakfast bars and pendant lighting.

Twenty50 residents will enjoy a customized amenity suite including 24/7 concierge service, onsite parking, a state-of-the-art fitness center, WiFi business café, library and media lounge with billiards and a landscaped terrace featuring a heated swimming pool, lounge seating, barbeques and a fire pit.

Additionally, The George Washington Bridge, New Jersey Turnpike and Palisades Parkway are all easily accessible, and more than 15 different NJ Transit bus lines travel into Manhattan daily, stopping just two blocks from the building’s entrance.

“With over 60 years of real estate development experience, BNE Real Estate Group is a national, family-owned organization that is firmly committed to creating exceptional living experiences for our residents, and Twenty50 is a benchmark example of high level of quality of service that we continually deliver to key urban and suburban markets,” Hedden says. “Our distinguished portfolio of properties included the development of over 30,000 homes, more than one million square feet of commercial space, and the ownership and management of nearly 8,000 apartments.”

The property was designed in partnership by the award-winning architecture firm, The Lessard Design Group, and the interior design team at Minno & Wasko.

Rental prices for the one-bedroom residences start from the $2,200s, with two-bedrooms starting from the $3,100s.
