341-2New York—Bluejay Management’s recent development, 341EPW, located in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights neighborhood, has surpassed the 65 percent leased mark following its mid-July launch, according to aptsandlofts.com, the exclusive leasing and marketing agent for the building.

The eight-story, 63-unit mixed-use building is located at 341 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn and offers renters a full-service lifestyle. The neighborhood includes well-known landmarks including the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, the Brooklyn Museum and Brooklyn Children’s Museum, and is in close proximity to retail, dining, entertainment and public transportation.

“The reaction from renters at 341EPW features exceeded our expectations, and reinforces the fact that there is a pent-up demand for fresh housing options in Crown Heights,” says Marc Jacobowitz of Bluejay Management. “We’re pleased that our goal of creating a thoughtfully designed property that enhances this iconic thoroughfare has become a reality.”

Rents for the building’s studio and one- and two-bedroom units range from $2,200 to $3,800, with the high end representing the monthly rate for a penthouse duplex.

The exterior of the Meshberg Group-designed building was constructed in a way that blends classic and modern themes that complements the neighborhood’s existing architecture. 341EPW features a white brick façade and is accented by stone arches and decorative cornices, while the interiors boast clean lines, high ceilings, large windows and high-end finishes throughout.

“Originally planned as a condominium, 341EPW has an elevated finishes package that customers have really gravitated toward, creating continued strong demand,” says David Maundrell, founder and president of aptsandlofts.com. “Aside from the caliber of this property, renters have also been particularly drawn to the location as Crown Heights offers such unique, classic Brooklyn character and convenient access throughout New York City.”

341-1The elevated finishes that Maundrell mentions include kitchens fabricated with jet black polished Caesarstone countertops, accented by grey glazed backsplashes and grey and white custom cabinetry, as well as stainless steel appliances. The bathroom highlights include dark grey porcelain floors, deep soaking tubs, Caesarstone vanity counters, White Kohler fitted with Grohe fixtures.

The building has a part-time doorman and on-site super and parking, as well as an amenities package that is comprised of a lobby lounge, fitness center and a landscaped rooftop deck with barbecue and seating areas.

341EPW’s retail component, which will include tenants of Capital One and Starbucks, is expected to open this week.
