Berzack Group Joins Lee & Associates
Sherman Oaks, Calif.--The Berzack Group, led by President Warren Berzack, has joined Lee & Associates.
Sherman Oaks, Calif.–The Berzack Group, led by President Warren Berzack, has joined Lee & Associates-L.A. North/Ventura, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in multifamily investment sales throughout the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles markets. Warren Berzack joins Lee & Associates as principal and retains his title of president of The Berzack Group, which will continue to operate under the Lee umbrella.
Berzack has transacted more than $500 million in sales. He formerly served as vice president with Investment Real Estate Associates for 10 years. Berzack will be joined by partner Stephen Geiger, who began working with Berzack two years ago and has decades of experience. The Berzack Group brings particular expertise in multifamily and triple-net, single-tenant retail properties. The team has extensive experience assisting clients to transition from multifamily to management-free NNN assets and facilitating 1031 exchanges.
