Berman Joins Ariel Property Advisors

New York–Jonathan Berman has joined Ariel Property Advisors as a vice president for investment sales with responsibility for multifamily and development properties in Brooklyn. Previously, Mr. Berman was with the Brooklyn office of Massey Knakal Realty Services for six years.

Mr. Berman has sold more than 70 properties of various types in Brooklyn including multifamily, industrial, mixed-use, office and many development sites. Prior to embarking on a career in commercial real estate, Mr. Berman held a number of positions at hardware and software firms serving the aeronautical industry.

Mr. Berman served in the Israeli military where he won a commendation for excellence. He earned his undergraduate degree from Baruch College in New York and his MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
