Berkadia Taps Senior Housing Lead
With nearly two decades of industry, Tim Cobb joins the firm’s D.C. office as managing director & senior housing and health care investment sales lead.

Berkadia has appointed industry veteran Tim Cobb as managing director and seniors housing & healthcare investment sales lead. In his new role, Cobb will support seniors housing investors throughout the United States. He will work closely with Christopher Honn, senior managing director & head of the seniors housing and health care group, to build an integrated sales platform. Cobb will be based in the firm’s D.C. metro office.
20-year track record
Cobb brings nearly two decades of experience to his new appointment. He joins Berkadia from Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, where he served as senior managing director, managed the East Coast office and provided investment sales advisory for institutional clients nationwide. Cobb also held senior roles at CFG Capital Markets, Heller Financial, GE Capital and KeyBank. He is a member of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing and Care Industries and the American Seniors Housing Association. He holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in real estate and accounting.
“Tim’s proven track record on both the lending and sales side means that investors have a resource who understands their needs and knows how to get their deal done,” said Berkadia Head of Investment Sales Keith Misner in prepared remarks.
Berkadia’s senior housing and health care team produced more than $1 billion in loan volume each year for the last three years.
