Greensboro, N.C.—Apartment investment and management company Bell Partners Inc. has been named one of the Triad region’s best workplaces.

“Our associates are our ‘secret sauce,’” Mary Copeland, senior vice president of human resources at Bell Partners, tells MHN. “They create the incredible culture that we enjoy at Bell Partners by living our core values every day. Their sharing of their positive feelings about what we do and how we do it is humbling. We are truly thankful for our associates and all they do to serve our residents and investors.”
Bell Partners president Jon Bell adds: “We are pleased that our employees feel positively about their workplace experience. It is gratifying to see they are engaged, happy and benefiting from the Bell culture we have worked hard over many years to develop and nurture. We are, of course, proud of our culture, but we recognize it takes outstanding associates, like the ones we have, to make Bell one of the leading apartment investment and management companies in the nation today.”
Bell Partners officials realize the award is likely to help the company recruit and retain top talent. “There is indeed a war for talent in all of our markets, and the Triad is no different, “ Copeland says.
“Bell offers a rich benefits package, and a dynamic workplace. Having received the Best Places to Work award two years in a row validates externally what we know internally at Bell. We have a great culture and strong connections with each other at Bell. We’re hopeful this award will enhance our recruiting and retention strategies.”
