Behr Introduces Two New Products to Keep Your Investment Looking New

A fresh coat of paint is one of the easiest and most cost-effective ways to breathe new life into an older property. And when it comes to exteriors, paint is also a great way to boost curb appeal. BehrPro, the professional products group of Behr, has introduced two new products to keep your investment looking good for both existing and potential residents.
The first unveiling was for Behr’s newest paint product line, Behr Marquee Exterior Paint and Primer. It is the company’s most advanced product to date and comes paired with UV protection for longer lasting color and the ability to resist rain as early as 60 minute after application. The 100-percent acrylic formula utilizes specialized polymers to provide a durable, non-stick surface that helps prevent dirt adhesion and weatherization. According to Behr, the Marquee line will maintain its finish in environments with intense rain, snow, wind and UV exposures. And if making a bold design statement is your goal don’t worry—the paint is available in 64 new colors as wells as the more than 2,000 existing Behr colors and 364 Behr Premium Plus Ultra paint hues.
BehrPro also recently released a new exterior coating that revives old weathered wood and concrete surfaces. Known as Behr Premium Deckover, the coating features a 100-percent acrylic resin fused with ceramic microspheres, which upon application creates a durable, mildew-resistant finish to maintain important common areas like decks, walkways and patios. The product is intended for both horizontal and vertical exterior applications, and can cover up to 50 square feet in two coats, concealing splinters and cracks up to a quarter inch wide. The result is a smooth, slip-free finish that is kind to your residents’ feet. Deckover is available in over 54 custom color options to ensure that your newly refinished deck seamlessly fits into your existing design scheme.
