Bainbridge Cos. Opens Raleigh Luxury Community
The four buildings comprise 259 residential units.
The Bainbridge Cos. has opened Bainbridge Cary, a 259-unit luxury multifamily community in Cary, N.C. According to Yardi Matrix data, CIBC Bank USA provided a $42.8 million construction loan in 2021, when the developer broke ground.
The community encompasses four buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging between 692 and 1,583 square feet. Common-area amenities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, co-working spaces, a dog park, a pet spa, an outdoor game lawn and a clubhouse.
In-unit amenities include walk-in laundry rooms with washers and dryers and patios or balconies. Bainbridge Cary also features 24-hour emergency maintenance, digital locks, controlled access, electric vehicle charging stations and outside storage.
The 14.6-acre site is located at 9205 Chapel Hill Road, in the Clay/Morrisville submarket. Bainbridge Cary is near Interstate 40, which provides access to the Raleigh metropolitan area. The community is also in the proximity of several schools, dining options, retail centers and the Research Triangle region.
In February, The Bainbridge Cos. broke ground on a 310-unit luxury multifamily community in Midlothian, Va., expected to come online next summer.
Last year, the company opened Bainbridge Avenues Walk, a 372-unit luxury community in Jacksonville, Fla.
