James J. Cunningham serves as Marquette’s Chief Operating Officer. With a diverse leadership background, and experience in both real estate and hospitality, Jim joined Marquette in 2011 with a focus on maximizing the productivity of existing operations systems. Jim’s creative thinking has led to the successful restructuring of the Marquette Management corporate staff, creating new positions to better support the on-site teams. He has also managed the successful implementation of new operations, maintenance, accounting, and marketing systems, with a constant dedication to making Marquette a more efficient workplace. Jim is Marquette’s Managing Broker, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Dayton.
