Sales of existing condominiums and cooperatives grew by 1.4 percent at seasonally adjusted annual rate of 730,000 units in December.

On a year-over-year basis, the November starts of buildings with five or more units were 16.0 percent below its November 2019 level.

On a year-over-year basis, the October starts of buildings with five or more units were 19.9 percent below its October 2019 level.

Starts of buildings with five or more units fell by 14.7 percent at a seasonally adjusted annual rate in September 2020 to 295,000

On a year-over-year basis, the August starts of buildings with five or more units were 16.9 percent below its August 2019 level.

On a year-over-year basis, the June starts of buildings with five or more units were 67.8 percent above its July 2019 level.

On a year-over-year basis, the June starts of buildings with five or more units were 2.5 percent below its June 2019 level.
