Jon Gollinger, principal of Accelerated Marketing Partners says, “This is an historic, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for purchasers to determine their market value for a home. Prices like this have not been seen in over a decade.”Selected two-bedroom condominiums with recent asking prices of $330,000 will be offered for a minimum of $175,000 and one-bedroom condominiums with recent asking prices of $225,000 will be offered for a minimum of $135,000, according to Orion Residential.
