Asset Campus to Manage NY Community

The Brock

Asset Campus Housing has added another student housing community to its management portfolio. The Brock, a 401-bed property situated in Brockport, N.Y., is serving students attending SUNY Brockport University.

Located at 4599 Redman Road, the three-story community is two blocks from SUNY Brockport. Additionally, various dining, shopping and entertainment venues such as Sweden Town Park, T.J. Maxx, Dunkin’ Donuts and Pizza Hut are nearby.

Built in 2009, The Brock offers a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom fully-furnished units ranging from 700 to 1,000 square feet. The apartments interiors include stainless-steel appliances, Wi-Fi, balcony/patios, eat-in kitchens and dishwashers. Common area amenities include:

• 24-hour fitness center
• shuttle to campus
• study spaces
• media room
• gaming room
• laundry
• picnic area
• volleyball court
• two-story lobby

The community is currently undergoing upgrades to some amenities including the clubhouse, game room, study spaces, fitness center, bike racks and some new outdoor activities.
