Asset Campus to Manage New Student Housing Community in Austin
The 14-story high-rise development is slated for completion in 2019 and about 10 percent of its units are affordable.
Asset Campus Housing has taken upon the property management responsibilities for The Muze in Austin, Texas. The property, currently under construction, will welcome its first residents next year.
The 14-story student housing community is owned by State Street Properties and encompasses 158 units at 2100 Nueces St., of which about 10 percent are affordable. Students will have the option to choose from studios and one- to five-bedroom apartments ranging from 429 to 1,405 square feet.
Common-area amenities include a rooftop pool, an outdoor rooftop theatre and gourmet kitchen, a fitness center, top floor sky lounge, on-site garage parking, Car2Go car sharing program, study lounge with private study rooms, on-site athletic yoga and meditation classes, PC and Mac bar with complimentary printing, AEGB green-certified and concierge services. Unit amenities include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, SMART housing units, hardwood-style flooring, ceiling fans and open floor plans.
Earlier this year, Asset Campus took over the management of another student housing property in Texas.
