Asset Campus Housing has been awarded management of two South Bend, Ind., student housing communities: 221-bed Campus Court and 330-bed Campus View, both serving students at the University of Notre Dame. This comes after another portfolio expansion that Asset Campus announced this month—taking over management for a 345-unit Philadelphia student housing community.

Located at 1801 Irish Way, Campus Court offers 96 one-, two- and three-bedroom units averaging 966 square feet. The four two-story buildings occupy approximately 7.3 acres and include facilities such as a fitness center, business center, community room, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, swimming pool and 144 parking spaces.

Campus View features 192 studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 250 to 1,200 square feet. The 19 two-story buildings are spread across approximately 10.8 acres at 1710 N. Turtle Creek Drive. A swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center, community room, basketball court, laundry facilities and 304 parking spaces are among the property’s common-area amenities.

Both communities are in close proximity to various shopping, dining and entertainment venues including Martin’s Super Market, Starbucks, The UPS Store, FedEx Office Point & Ship Center, Joyce Center, Rolf Aquatic Center and Eck Stadium.
