Aspen Heights Invests in Student Housing
The student housing portfolio encompasses more than 3,000 beds across the country. Aspen's Demi Sterling-Kinney will oversee the third-party property management division.

Grand Campus Living (GCL), Lincoln Property Co.’s student housing division was acquired by development and management company Aspen Heights Partners. The portfolio consists of more than 3,000 beds in on and off campus assets across the U.S.
Continued expansion efforts
GCL has been involved in the management and development of student housing assets since 2010. The majority of its properties are located in Texas and Florida, but also Pennsylvania, Ohio and Oklahoma. Vice President of Operations for Aspen Heights Partners Demi Sterling-Kinney will take responsibility for the third-party property management division.
“This acquisition is a testament to Aspen Heights’ continued commitment to expanding our business platform,” Sid Keswani, COO for Aspen Heights Partners, said in prepared remarks. “With this acquisition, we are excited to grow our third-party property management footprint and expertise, and we will continue to provide best-in-class care to the students living in these properties.”
