Ariel East Sends Breakfast to its Residents’ Front Doors

New York–Ariel East, Extell Development Co.’s luxury condominium on New York’s Upper West Side, has just begun a daily breakfast service delivered to residents’ homes. Residents of Ariel East now get daily continental breakfast delivered to their front door from 7 am to 10 am on weekdays and from 8 am to 11 am on weekends. The cost of the breakfast is included in the common charges.Residents have to fill out an order form with their requests the night before and leave it with the concierge. The breakfast menu features croissants, muffins and bagels; an assortment of Starbucks coffee; herbal and specialty teas; and a selection of fresh fruit juices. Penmark Realty Corp, which manages 38-story residence, will provide this daily service. Ariel East, located on 99 St. and Broadway, is designed by Cetra/Ruddy Architects to incorporate the materials, layouts and interior detailing found in the Upper West Side’s traditional pre-war buildings. The 64-unit building is almost 80 percent sold. The two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom residences have hardwood flooring, a choice of three finely appointed kitchens; marble master baths and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. Prices range from $2.195 million to $2.725 million.In addition to the daily continental breakfast service, Ariel East features amenities including fitness by La Palestra, a full size four-lane swimming pool, billiards parlor, screening room, pet spa and private gardens.
