Washington, D.C.— Atlanta-headquartered ARA recently opened its Washington, D.C. office under the leadership of Drew White and Michael Marshall, both former Cushman & Wakefield executive directors. Former Bozzuto executive Ryan Ogden is also joining the team.

With more than 18 years of multi-housing investment sales experience, White has sold in excess of 250 properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions of the U.S. for clients ranging from large institutions to individual owners. White was responsible for opening Cushman’s Washington, D.C. office in 2002 and quickly established himself as the East Coast’s top apartment broker.

Marshall brings more than 24 years of multi-housing and commercial real estate investment sales experience to ARA. He has completed the sale of over 17,000 apartment units, totaling in excess of $2 billion.

As a former managing partner at The Bozzuto Group, Ogden has extensive acquisition, disposition, financing and asset management experience in the mid-Atlantic region. During his tenure at Bozzuto, he was directly responsible for nearly $1 billion in value-add acquisitions and dispositions.

Long-term ARA principal Jeff Pritchard relocated to the area to provide oversight and support for the new office. He has over 25 years of diverse brokerage experience as a partner in the ARA Dallas operation. More recently, his focus has turned to building new teams and establishing new, complimentary platforms starting with the ARA Austin/San Antonio office. He then successfully launched three national platforms: ARA’s National Student Housing Group, National Seniors Housing Group and National Manufactured Housing Group.
