Apartment Finder Partners with International Real Estate Portal to Reach Overseas Renters Seeking U.S. Apartments

Apartment Finder’s listings will now be displayed on Enormo.com, as well as 80 of Enormo’s country sites for renters worldwide seeking an apartment in the United States.“Websites like Enormo are looking for fresh and relevant content on their site. We download our content every night at midnight, and they select what they serve on their site,” explains Marcia Bollinger, president of Apartment Finder. “It’s an extension of our SEO effort, another way to get a better value proposition for our advertisers, creating more traffic and leads and stretching their dollars.”“When we see how stretched our advertisers are with their budgets and are cutting back, we are trying to go the extra mile to come up with innovative solutions to reach our audience and engage them more,” adds Bollinger, alluding to some solutions that the company plans to announce soon.Through this alliance, listings will be translated into Enormo’s 30 interface languages to deliver online exposure and leads to the 4.5 million potential renters and investors using Enormo.com. The partnership is especially useful for those in the military who are overseas and looking for an apartment to rent in the United States upon returning, Bollinger tells MHN.With the additional 10,000 rental listings from Apartment Finder, Enormo provides residents  worldwide with over 270,000 U.S. rental listings.
