Andrew Tate Joins Colliers International’s Phoenix Office

Phoenix–Colliers International–Greater Phoenix has hired Andrew Tate in the Phoenix office as senior vice president of multifamily investments. Tate has specialized exclusively in the sale of multifamily properties in metro Phoenix for the past 20 years.

Most recently, Tate was president of Southwest Apartment Advisors, which he founded in 2005. Prior to that, he was with Hendricks & Partners for 10 years, where he was an associate partner.

Tate says, “We have seen a change in the landscape of multifamily brokerage with greater involvement by banks, commercial mortgage servicers, government entities and institutional investors that require a brokerage firm with a strong national presence.”
