AmTrust Realty Launches Leasing in Brooklyn

The 270-unit building features a top-floor lounge with views of the Manhattan skyline. Citi Habitats has been tapped to handle leasing.

AmTrust Realty Corp. has launched leasing at its new luxury rental development, The Amberley, a 270-unit tower in the heart of Brooklyn, N.Y. The building is situated in downtown Brooklyn, bordering the neighborhoods of Brooklyn Heights and DUMBO.

The 33-story tower offers a mix of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments starting at $2,100 per month. Select apartments will include private outdoor space. The building’s architecture and interiors are by Woods Bagot and were inspired by the historic brownstones of Brooklyn.

A variety of high-end amenities will be offered at the property, including:

  • a top-floor sky lounge
  • coworking space
  • a fitness center
  • bike storage
  • 24-hour concierge
  • a landscaped terrace
  • barbecue grills

In addition, a 10,000-square-foot public plaza will be located just outside the lobby of the building.

“The Amberley represents a new category of urban luxury living, where as much thought and attention has been poured into the spaces for working and socializing as has been dedicated to the spaces for living,” said Executive Vice President of New Developments Jodi Stasse of Citi Habitats, in prepared remarks. “Whether your office is in Brooklyn, Manhattan or even at home, The Amberley is well-located and ideal for everyone, and we’re thrilled to show off what’s been created.”

Downtown Brooklyn has experienced a surge in new development rental buildings over the past few years. In July, a 21-story luxury apartment building in downtown Brooklyn called BRiQ launched leasing for its 110 units.
