Allied Orion Group has been chosen to manage The Plaza at Windsor Hills, an apartment community in the Windsor Hills section of Austin, Texas. Formerly called Mira Vista Apartments, The Plaza at Windsor Hills is a recently rebranded 200-unit apartment property. Allied Orion Group initiated the rebranding to spotlight the heart-of-Austin location. It is also poised to shepherd a value-add renovation of the property.
Owned by One Real Estate Investment subsidiary Mira Vista Holdco LLC, The Plaza at Windsor Hills features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging in size from 650 to 950 square feet. Its location at 9601 Middle Fiskville Road near East Rundberg Lane enables residents to reach downtown Austin and major area employers via nearby transportation conveniences I-35 and a public transit station.
