Allied Orion Group Tapped to Manage Austin Community

Allied Orion Group has been chosen to manage The Plaza at Windsor Hills, an apartment community in the Windsor Hills section of Austin, Texas. Formerly called Mira Vista Apartments, The Plaza at Windsor Hills is a recently rebranded 200-unit apartment property. Allied Orion Group initiated the rebranding to spotlight the heart-of-Austin location. It is also poised to shepherd a value-add renovation of the property.

Owned by One Real Estate Investment subsidiary Mira Vista Holdco LLC, The Plaza at Windsor Hills features one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging in size from 650 to 950 square feet. Its location at 9601 Middle Fiskville Road near East Rundberg Lane enables residents to reach downtown Austin and major area employers via nearby transportation conveniences I-35 and a public transit station.

Among the features and finishes of the apartments are faux wood flooring, fireplaces, black appliance packages, upgraded lighting and ceiling fans. Leading the list of amenities at the community is a clubhouse with a business center.

Booming neighborhood 

The pet-friendly asset is zoned to the Austin Independent School District, whose schools include Graham Elementary School, Dobie Middle School and Northeast Early College High School. Other nearby schools include Cedars International Academy and Lanier High School. The University of Texas at Austin and Austin Community College are both within 10 minutes drive. The Rundberg Center and Rundberg Square Center are four and seven minutes away respectively.

An array of parks and recreational amenities are also located nearby. They include Walnut Creek Park, Jourdan-Bachman Pioneer Farms, Copperfield Nature Trail and Park, Beverly S. Sheffield Northwest District Park and Stephen F. Austin Planetarium. All are located between seven and 12 minutes from The Plaza at Windsor Hills.
