Atlanta—Alliance Residential Company has opened Broadstone Court, a 250-home, six-story apartment community in the Buckhead Village between the brand-new Buckhead Atlanta destination and the iconic Lenox Square-Phipps Plaza retail corridor.

“Broadstone Court is less than a block from the intersection of Peachtree and Piedmont roads in the heart of Buckhead, yet it is on a quiet street surrounded by the boutiques and restaurants of the Buckhead Village,” Todd Oglesby, Alliance Residential Company’s managing director, told MHN. “This location gives our residents all the benefits of living in the entertainment district without the traffic and congestion headaches that can plague Atlanta.”

The property is within easy walking distance to the business center and several major financial services firms, law firms and major corporate headquarters as well as parks and public transportation.

Each of the 250 homes features an open floor plan, 9-foot ceilings and private balconies. Unit sizes range from studio to two-bedroom apartments, and the community as a whole offers market-leading amenities throughout.

“The courtyard features a resort-style pool, gourmet grilling areas, a deluxe outdoor bar and a green roofed pavilion with a fireplace and multiple outdoor TVs,” Oglesby said. “The homes feature expansive windows, quartz countertops and top of the market stainless-steel appliances in the culinary kitchens. The experience is culminated in our clubroom, which features a first-in-market nine-screen video system. Electric car charging stations, a dog wash and bike storage top off the list.”

The site is a little more than 2 acres and Alliance Residential Company acquired the site prior to the current run up in both land pricing and construction cost.

“These efficiencies have allowed us to provide a number of upgrades to the project, which we believe will be true enhancements to our resident experience,” Oglesby said. “Alliance Residential Company creates top of the market communities for renters by choice. Broadstone Court is a thoughtful, handsome design that fits with its surroundings and is all built around several public spaces, which extend our residents’ homes and create a true sense of belonging and community.”

Broadstone Court is within walking distance of the Buckhead MARTA station and is in Buckhead’s central business district, the third largest employment center in Atlanta behind downtown and Midtown. It is also in close proximity to Frankie Allen Park and many of Atlanta’s finest restaurants and entertainment venues.

“We loved the site as it allows residents to experience Buckhead as it has traditionally been experienced, with your home very near everything you do on a daily basis, but set in a calm and comforting environment,” Oglesby said. “Buckhead is the dining, shopping and entertainment center of Atlanta and is the third largest business center behind downtown and Midtown.”
