I look forward to leveraging my knowledge and relationships on behalf of Alliance as we look to develop in higher density urban infill locations in the New York and Philadelphia metro areas.”

Prior to joining Alliance, Belew was a regional partner at national multifamily developer JPI Companies, where he was responsible for development and acquisition operations in the Northeast. Previously, Belew was a co-founder and managing partner of New York-based Fifth Square Partners, a developer of luxury for-sale residential and mixed-use properties throughout the Northeast. Prior to Fifth Square, Belew was with JPMorgan’s Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group, where he handled a wide range of corporate finance and advisory responsibilities for real estate companies, including M&A and equity and debt financing.
